Mulling Spices
Use with cider, wine, or mead. Ingredients: Cinnamon, orange slices, allspice, lemon thyme, nutmeg, and cloves.
Recomended preparation method: Add one Tbsp. per quart of cider or 750 ml bottle of wine or mead. Simmer for at 15- 30 minutes. Strain and serve.
