Who We Are

We are a specialty cut flower and herb farm. We run a seasonal cut-flower CSA, and we grow herbs and make herbal products from our farm.

We practice and support small-scale agriculture as a way to improve human health, local economies, and the environment. Our goal is to connect people with the power of flowers and plants to nourish the body, soothe the soul, and delight the senses.

We are the current caretakers of one acre of land in Winchester, Massachusetts, just 8 miles north of Boston. We honor and acknowledge the history of this land and the Massachusett tribe, the Indigenous people upon whose traditional territory the farm is now located.

From 2009 through 2023, Soluna Garden Farm also produced herb, spice, and tea blends. After almost 15 years in business, we made the difficult decision to close the tea and spices portion of Soluna as of December 31, 2023. When we started Soluna, our focus was on the farm and the flowers and herbs we were growing. We began to make herb, spice, and tea blends as an extension of the business to carry us through the winter months and because we loved creating fun, accessible flavor combinations. The herb, spice, and tea blends expanded in response to enthusiastic customer interest, and we have loved sharing them with you at farmers markets, at holiday events, and at the Boston Public Market. Running a small business is challenging in the best of times, and over the last few years, we have seen our business change in ways that lead us back to our roots in the farm. We made the decision to no longer produce our herb, spice, and tea blends so that we can focus more fully on cut flower production at our farm, including our flower CSA shares.
